Patrick Lencioni is the author of five best-selling books, including The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, which has sold more than a million copies during the past five years. He has been described by the One-Minute Manager's Ken Blanchard as "fast defining the next generation of business thinkers." In addition to writing, Pat is the president of The Table Group, a consulting firm that works with CEOs and their teams to improve organizational effectiveness.

When Pat is not writing or consulting, he speaks to thousands of leaders each year at world class organizations.
