"Please accept our sincere thanks for a dynamic and engaging presentation and panel discussion at the FMI Midwinter Conference in Boca Raton. It was an important topic delivered to a high level food industry group. The fact that you kept a mostly male group so involved on an afternoon when they could have been golfing is a testament to your skill and the importance of your material. "
